Peter Jackson's The Hobbit movies have officially been given full titles, as well as release dates.
The first in the two-part series, entitled The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey hits theatres on December 14th, 2012, and the concluding chapter, The Hobbit: There And Back Again drops a year later, on December 13th, 2013.
