The film follows an internet serial killer that goes by the name of Smiley, whom most believe to be an urban legend that suggests that Smiley can be "called" through a Chat Roulette-like website. However, several strange events cause Ashley (Gerard), Proxy (Papalia), Zane (Allen), and Binder (Dawson) to begin believing that Smiley may be more than just an urban legend.

- Delivers enough thrills to satisfy most audiences
- A captivating, original, modern plot
- Some good acting

- 2 completely unexpected twists at the end
